Merchant activation bonus
You get paid for each store and restaurant activated by your personnel
Transaction revenue
You get a cut of every purchase students make with your merchants in-person (at merchant's location) and online.

District Managers
The District Manager is our core management role. District Managers have demonstrated sales leadership experience, professionalism and enthusiasm.

The work of a District Manager includes:
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with local merchants
  • Promoting the platform and merchant partnerships with local area students
  • Devising and implementing sales management strategies
  • Interviewing, training, and developing an active sales force
  • Setting goals such as sales estimates and revenue projections

District Managers are typically responsible for all merchant activity within 1 or more cities (depending on location) and report directly to their Division Manager. District Managers may work part-time or full-time while managing their territory.

Costs associated to District Manager position:
  • District managers are responsible for buying the rights to sell in their geographic region (One time cost: $3,995)
  • District managers are responsible for paying a monthly platform fee of $99, which includes access to all necessary software and tools for managing their organization
  • All other costs associated with the recruitment and management of their organization are at the District Manager's discretion
    District Manager compensation
        District Managers earn from 3 revenue streams with no cap on earnings (commission structure below).

        Potential for District Managers:

        Year 1: $600,000
        Year 2: $1,800,000
        Year 3: $1,800,000

        to determine how much you will actually earn by modifying factors such as how many campus reps you will have on average; how many merchants those reps will sign up; and how active you will help your merchants to become in transactions and service revenue

        Division Managers
        Along with the opportunity to work directly with their own students and reps, Division Managers manage 8 District Managers. Division Managers know how to develop leaders.

        The work of a Division Manager includes:
        • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with local merchants
        • Promoting the platform and merchant partnerships with local area students
        • Ensuring that sales efforts are consistent across sales representatives in their organization
        • Ensure their sales representatives and sales managers are properly trained and prepared for their work.
        • Manage turnover and vacancies through proper selection and motivation procedures
        • Developing policies for achieving all sales goals related to the responsibilities of their District Managers' organizations

        Division Managers report directly to their Zone Manager. Division Managers may work part-time or full-time while managing their territory.

        Costs associated to Division Manager position:
        • Division managers are responsible for buying the rights to sell in their geographic region (One time cost: $5,995)
        • Division managers are responsible for paying a monthly platform fee of $99, which includes access to all necessary software and tools for managing their organization

                    To become a Zone Manager, you must:
                    1. Be a Division Manager
                    2. Recruit or develop another Division Manager
                    3. Pay platform upgrade fee for Zone Manager

                    $1 per merchant activated by District Managers reporting to their Division Managers
                    $0.50 per merchant signed up by all other sales reps in organization
