As a member of our management team, you'll be responsible for growing the number of shops and restaurants and student customers transacting within our platform in your designated region.

To do that, you'll want to focus on building a strong organization of sales reps and managers in your region.

Sign up bonus
You get paid for each store and restaurant your organization sign ups

You get a cut of every purchase students make at stores your organization signs up

You get a cut of all services purchased by the stores your organization signs up
Coin ownership

the movement
District manager
The District Manager is our core management role. District Managers have demonstrated sales leadership, professionalism and enthusiasm for the opportunity at each step of the way.

The work of a District Manager includes:
  • Establishing relationships with local merchants
  • Promoting the platform and merchant partnerships with local area students
  • Devising and implementing sales management strategies
  • Interviewing, training, and developing an active sales force
  • Setting goals such as sales estimates and revenue projections
  • Ensuring that marketing efforts are consistent across sales representatives in their organization
  • Managing a budget for their organization

District managers are typically responsible for all merchant activity within 1 or more cities (depending on location) and report directly to their Division manager. District Managers may work part-time or full-time while managing their territory.

Costs associated to District Manager position:
  • District managers are responsible for buying the rights to sell in their geographic region (One time cost: $3,995)
  • District managers are responsible for paying a monthly platform fee of $99, which includes access to all necessary software and tools for managing their organization
  • All other costs associated with the recruitment and management of their organization are at the District Manager's discretion
    District manager compensation
    District managers earn from 3 revenue streams with no cap on earnings (commission structure below).

    Minimum guaranteed income for District Managers:
    Year 1: $100,000
    Year 2: $150,000
    Year 3: $200,000

    $20 per merchant signed up by DM
    $4 per merchant signed up by their sales reps
    Transaction revenue
    0.25% of all transactions by merchants signed up by DM and their sales reps

    Bonus: receive 4 times the transaction revenue commissions in your first year
    Service revenue
    5% of all services purchased by merchants signed up by DM and their sales reps

    Bonus: receive 4 times the service revenue commissions in your first year
    Coin ownership
    DM can convert up to 20% of earnings into platform's currency

    Division manager
    A Division Manager oversees a geographic area that includes of 8 or more cities each represented by a District Manager. DVMs are experts at developing leaders and have successfully managed sales organizations for 2 or more years.

    The work of a Division Manager includes:
    • Establishing relationships with local merchants
    • Promoting the platform and merchant partnerships with local area students
    • Ensuring that sales efforts are consistent across sales representatives in their organization
    • Ensure their sales representatives and sales managers are properly trained and prepared for their work. The DM must manage turnover and vacancies through proper selection and motivation procedures
    • Developing policies for achieving all sales goals related to the responsibilities of the DM's organization
    • Implementing controls over spending and procurement to ensure adherence to the their organization's budget
    Division managers are responsible for managing up to 8 District Managers and oversee all merchant activity within 10 or more cities (depending on location). They report directly to their Zone manager. Division Managers may work part-time or full-time while managing their territory

    Costs associated to Division Manager position:
    • Division managers are responsible for buying the rights to sell in their geographic region (One time cost: $5,995)
    • Division managers are responsible for paying a monthly platform fee of $99, which includes access to all necessary software and tools for managing their organization

      Zone manager
      A Zone Manager oversees a geographic area that includes of 100 or more cities under the supervision of up to 8 Division Managers. ZMs are experts at developing at running large sales organization and should have over 5 years high level sales management experience.

      The work of a Zone Manager includes:
      • Reviewing their assigned territory and arranging office location and space
      • Establishing a business plan and relationships with local merchants
      • Accomplishes regional sales human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining Division and District Managers in assigned territory
      • Achieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining regional sales system improvements; implementing change
      • Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for cities in support of national objectives
      • Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed
      Zone managers are responsible for managing up to 8 Division Managers and oversee all merchant activity within 100 or more cities (depending on location). They report directly to the President of Sales.

      Costs associated to Zone Manager position:
      • Zone managers are responsible for buying the rights to sell in their geographic region (One time cost: $11,995)
      • Zone managers are responsible for paying a monthly platform fee of $99, which includes access to all necessary software and tools for managing their organization
      • All other costs associated with the recruitment and management of their organization are at the Zone Manager's discretion
